Fine Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, extracted from the first olive cold pressing, cultivated respecting the natural balance and milled exclusively in Italy, meets precious Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI.

This exquisite dressing represents the perfect balance between the fragrances of oil and those of balsamic vinegar.

Clinical studies have highlighted the uncountable nutritional qualities of EVO oil, which is considered the most suitable for human nutrition among all widely used edible fats.

Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena are both rich in Vitamin E, a powerful antioxidant which protects the cellular membranes from the aging process.

The high concentration of polyphenols, typical of oil and balsamic vinegar, plays an important role in strengthening the immune system and fighting the action of free radicals. The presence of bioflavonoids, in addition, promotes longevity, slows down the aging process and helps live healthily.

Organic Dressing Sprayleggero is perfect for seasoning salads and uncooked vegetables in a uniform and homogenous fashion as well as for preparing sauces, gravies and marinades. Excellent for garnishing special sweet preparations based on ice cream or fresh fruits, it lets the chef express all his creativity.

Sprayleggero is also ideal for adding drops or pouring to marinate, cook or decorate.

The only spray for frying using vacuum technology, so that it is possible to use spray dispenser without the addition of propellant gases. Olive oil from Mantova can be used for frying, grilling or baking, but also for salads or directly on the dish. Precise dispensing will allow you to accurately measure the amount of the most valuable oil you want to use.

Thanks to the " bag on valve " technology, the special Sprayleggero bottle reduces consumption by around 90% (a 250 ml bottle is equivalent to about 3 liters of a normal bottle of oil) and protects the contents from air and light for a long time. This keeps all the valuable properties of the sauce unchanged and always keeps it fresh as freshly squeezed. Each second of spray delivers 1.8 ml / 1.7 g (15 Kcal) of product sufficient to season each dish.
