The Curators Beef Jerky Original is 160% British beef wrapped in a unique blend of spices. 100% of finished beef jerky is made from 160g of raw meat, manually portioned, seasoned and marinated in a specially composed mixture of additives; in beef, in the original blend of spices, distinctive flavors are dominant, with the aroma of caramelized sugar and smoked sea salt over oak wood, balanced with sour notes of wine vinegar, supplemented with black pepper and chilli with the addition of garlic, coriander, smoked paprika, nutmeg and carnations.
