Biltong comes from Africa, marinated in wine vinegar and spices, and then dried lean beef - it is an excellent source of protein, a delicious and filling snack.

The Curators Beef Biltong Original is made from 250g of English and Irish beef marinated in a blend of South African spices dried naturally in the air. The meat is not seasoned with sugar or sweeteners, it does not contain dyes, flavors, or flavor enhancers.
