Rocka Nutrition NO WHEY Birthday Cake is another proof that Rocka goes its own way. First of all, it is one of the few vegan Birthday Cake bars in the world. Secondly, the taste itself has also been interpreted unconventionally - most Birthday Cake products taste mainly sweet, they have a rather vague taste called creamy, sometimes combined with the taste of raspberries or strawberries.

Meanwhile, Rocka Nutrition NO WHEY Birthday Cake is the taste of a cheesecake cake with lemon - sweet but not sugary, naturally lemon, not overly sour, perfectly balanced.

The bar is covered with a fairly thick glaze of very brittle vegan (i.e. dairy-free) white chocolate densely sprinkled with colorful icing particles colored, of course, with plant extracts, and not synthetic dyes. What truly delighted us is the inside of the bar - first of all, it does not taste like a vegan product at all. Secondly, the mass, which unfortunately cannot be seen in the photos, is soft, delicate and melts in the mouth, slightly lemon, slightly sweet, its consistency resembles a combination of mousse and sponge cake. On top of the mass, just below the surface of the chocolate glaze, there are lemon jelly cubes that melt in the mouth, very delicate and soft.
