Preparation of dough:

1. Prepare 2 extra large eggs, 20ml cold water and 72g soft butter or oil.

2. Mix the eggs and fat until smooth, add the contents of the package. The consistency should be quite thick, if you want the dough to be softer, gradually add 1-2 tablespoons of water, not more.
3. Immediately spread the dough in a 20cm x 20cm greased or silicone baking tin.

4. Bake 28-35 in an oven preheated to 175C, until the edges are done (hard) and the center is still soft-slightly liquid. Carry out the dry stick test on the side of the cake, 2-3 cm from the edge of the mold - the dough is properly baked when the stick inserted in this place is clean and dry. The dough will 'come' while cooling down.

5. Cut the dough into 16 pieces after it has completely cooled down (this is important - otherwise the dough will crumble)
