Tahini (also tahini, or sesame butter) is a thick paste made from grated sesame seeds, characterized by a deep, sesame-nutty flavor. Indispensable for vegetarians and vegans, for the preparation of hummus, pastes, dips, butter, etc., cocktails and tasty "sweet" dishes, as well as "for salty". Dark sesame tahini paste is made from unshelled sesame seeds, thanks to which it has a very high fiber content and intense flavor characteristic of roasted sesame.
