Bartolini pea noodles are naturally high in protein, low in simple carbohydrates. Compared to traditional pasta, Bartolini protein pasta is characterized by 3 times higher protein content.

Due to the high content of protein and fiber, pea noodles are filling, and at the same time rich in micronutrients: 100g of cooked pasta covers 23% of the daily requirement of an adult for iron and phosphorus, 28% of the demand for folic acid and 18% of the demand for thiamine.
