The spicy chili jam is real PETARDA! With a unique taste, but also a natural antibiotic, antioxidant, bactericidal, and at the same time extremely tasty and universal in use.

The sharpness is due to: pepperoni and habanero peppers and Polish garlic. Citrus notes and acidity: ginger, kaffir leaves, lime, rice vinegar. Sweetness and density: birch xylitol and citrus-apple pectin. For saltiness: soy sauce and fish sauce. Certainly, it will be widely used in any kitchen and will undoubtedly diversify home dishes. All in all, chili jam is a great addition to your own culinary experiments and surprising discoveries.
