One bun is 30g of protein and 14g of fiber and at the same time only 1.6g of carbohydrates. A blend based on organic, defatted linseed, sunflower and coconut flour.

One of the main ingredients of Adam's Bread Rolls is a mixture of gluten-free flours from defatted seeds of flax, sunflower and coconut. The Adam's Bread Rolls mix uses golden linseed flour - golden ground is more expensive and harder to obtain than brown, it is valued for its better taste and higher content of phyto-nutrients. Flaxseed combines three unique features: a wealth of omega-3 acids, a high content of lignans (or phytoestrogens) and beneficial mucus, which is a unique composition of advantages against other seeds and nuts, putting flaxseed in one league with the strongest superfoods. Compared to exotic chia seeds, linseed contains almost three times more lignans and more than 7 times more than sesame seeds, just as it does with the content of Omega-3 fatty acids.

Ingredients: wheat protein, milk protein concentrate, partially defatted organic golden linseed, partially defatted organic sunflower seed protein, partially defatted organic coconut flour, golden linseed, bamboo fiber, apple fiber, pink crystalline salt, yeast

Allergens: gluten, apricot kernels; it may contain cereals and products containing gluten, nuts, eggs, milk, sesame and soy.

Nutritional values ​​in 1 ready buns prepared according to the instructions on the package (the contents of the package is enough to prepare 4 buns with a finished weight of about 90g): energy value 178kcal / 744kJ, fats 3.4g (including saturated fat 0.9g), carbohydrates 1.6g (including sugars 0.8g), protein 30g, fiber 14g, salt 0.9g

Storage: Keep the mixture in a dry place, protected from light. Ready buns stored in a bread container or covered with a linen cloth. Buns after baking stay fresh and taste for about 3 days. Do not store bread in plastic bags. Bread from Adam's mixtures is suitable for storage in a freezer, before freezing it should be cooled to room temperature and cut into slices.

A method of preparing:

  1. Pour the contents of the package into the bowl
  2. Add the yeast from the attached sachet and mix
  3. Add 240 ml of lukewarm boiled water (temp. Around 25-35 degrees C)
  4. Knead the dough for about 2 minutes by hand
  5. Divide the dough into equal rolls, it is a good idea to coat them additionally with bamboo, potato or apple fiber
  6. Roll the buns slightly from the top and leave in a warm place to rise for 30 minutes
  7. Put the dough in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C and bake for about 30 minutes.
