We have a special love for chocolate pieces - it's really delicious, it's hard to resist eating it from cookies;)

The Foodstirs blend is characterized by a beautiful, simple composition - as they say: 'junk-free ingredients', meaning zero junk ingredients. And in fact, the gluten-free mix does not contain flour, which has been replaced with organic almond flour and organic pea protein, all other ingredients, from dark chocolate drops, coconut flour and even stevia, are certified organic - the exception is only for salt and baking powder, which ... simply cannot be organic, if only because all the salt in the world existed before organic standards were created :)

1. Mix the wet ingredients, add the contents of the package to them - the dough will be quite wet
2. Line the dough in batches (24 portions, the weight of the raw dough for one cake is about 15g-17g on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, keeping a gap> 5cm, do not flatten the cookies
3. Bake for 18 - 22 minutes, until the edges are slightly golden

4. Before eating, leave them to cool on a wire rack for at least 20 minutes - just after baking, the cookies will crumble, they must cool down to harden on the top

5. After cooling, store in a tightly closed container and consume within 5 days
