Cake preparation:

Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Arrange the round form with baking paper and lightly spray with favourite spray oil. Pour mix of Diabetic Kitchen in the bowl, add 4 large eggs, half a cup of melted butter and 3/4 cup whipped cream. Mix the ingredients thoroughly. Put the batter into the formd and bake for 36-38 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from the form.

Muffins preparation:

If you want to bake muffins, follow the same instructions. Put the dough into 12 cups and bake for 25 minutes.
