Gluten Free Homemade Wonderful Bread Mix was created for people who are sensitive to wheat and gluten, who want to enjoy the taste of fresh, crunchy bread full of seeds - without gluten, without dairy and without cereals. The taste and consistency of Bob's Red Mill gluten-free bread are like freshly baked homemade bread!

You can bake bread in an ordinary oven or use a bread machine. Moisture in the middle, with a crunchy crust, aromatic bread is perfect for sandwiches, toast, toast, hamburgers and even to prepare gluten-free pizza.

The carefully selected ingredients of Bob's Red Mill flour create a unique blend of fiber rich. This ensures long-lasting satiety and suppresses blood sugar spikes. In addition, the blend is a source of numerous vitamins (including A, C) and micronutrients (including calcium and iron).

  1. Prepare: Gluten Free Homemade Wonderful Bread Mix with dry yeast (attached), plus 1 glass of warm water, 1 egg, 3 egg white, 55g soft butter or 60ml of oil.
  2. Pour warm water into a large bowl, sprinkle yeast and leave for 5 minutes to let the yeast dissolve. In the meantime, attain the form of 13cm x 25cm
