You need: 3 eggs, 3 proteins, 65g butter melon, 4 tablespoons coconut oil, 60g sour cream


  1.     In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients, add the contents of the Gluten Free Bread Mix.
  2.     Grease a large baking form or 3 small forms, or use small baking molds to bake buns, hamburger hot dogs
  3.     Large loaf bake 50-52 minutes at 175ºC. Small baking cakes 20-22 minutes at 185ºC.
  4.     When removing from the oven, make sure that the bread is baked in the middle - for this purpose, the knife should come out clean and dry.
  5.     Before cutting, wait for 15 minutes to grind the bread on the grill.
