The Adam's Bread mix allows you to bake a large bread roll, and then divide into smaller sections of delicate white rolls. It is designed for baking in the oven as well as bakeries (bread machines).

One of the main components of Adam's Bread's low-fat bread is sweet apricot kernels (apricot almonds). Apricots of sweet apricot kernels are a rich source of unsaturated fatty acids, vitamins A, C and E, and protein and fiber; In addition, they contain large amounts of magnesium and antitumor activity of amygdalin also called vitamin B17.
