The Adam's Bread mix allows you to bake a large bread roll, and then divide into smaller sections of delicate white rolls. It is designed for baking in the oven as well as bakeries (bread machines).

One of the main components of Adam's Bread's low-fat bread is sweet apricot kernels (apricot almonds). Apricots of sweet apricot kernels are a rich source of unsaturated fatty acids, vitamins A, C and E, and protein and fiber; In addition, they contain large amounts of magnesium and antitumor activity of amygdalin also called vitamin B17. The therapeutic properties of apricot kernels were already known in antiquity when used mainly for the treatment of skin diseases and their bactericidal activity was used.

Storage: Store the mixture in a dry place, protect from light. Prepare the bread in a bread container or a linen cloth. Bread after baking preserves freshness and taste for about 1 week. Keeps fresh for 3 days, keep it tightly wrapped with food foil. To keep the freshness longer, cut the prepared bread into slices and freeze.

A method of preparing:

  •     Cover with a linen cloth and leave in a warm place 45 minutes. to rise.
  •     Put the dough in the oven preheated to 200 degrees C and bake for about 50 minutes. You can bake the bread machine according to the machine instructions
