Adam's Bread Helles 2.0 - new recipe, changes:

  • apricot kernel flour has been replaced with oat fiber
  • half the fat content
  • even lower carbohydrate content (less than 1g in ready-made bread)
  • even lower (negligible) sugar content
  • 20% higher protein content
  • calorific value slightly lower (5kcal difference in 100g of ready-made bread)

As a result of changes in the recipe, the texture of the bread has been improved, it is softer and more delicate, with a consistency similar to 'ordinary' wheat bread.

Complete mix for baking low-carbohydrate bread - no need to add oil, eggs or any other ingredients, just a glass of water to make the dough, you don't even need a mixer.

Adam's Bread mix allows you to bake a large loaf of bread, and after dividing into smaller parts delicate white rolls. It is intended both for baking in an oven and bread machines.

Adam's Brot blend contains extremely little carbohydrates - only 0.9g per 100g, which means that there is about 3.6g of carbohydrates in a whole loaf of ready-made bread! A slice of baked bread provides over 10g of protein and less than 70kcal.

Smaczny chleb

Bardzo dobry, łatwo się robi. Pięknie wyrasta, smakuje lepiej niż zwykły chleb.

    Super mieszanka, naprawdę nadaje się zarówno jako zamiennik zwykłej kromki chleba, jak i na tosty itp. fajny atrakcyjny smak i konsystencja. Gorąco polecam.
    U mnie wystarczyło piec tylko 35 minut, ale jak wiadomo każdy piec jest inny trzeba pilnować wypieku :)

    Adams Brot Helles 2.0 - a mixture for baking white low-carbohydrate bread

    Ingredients: vital wheat gluten, golden linseed, sunflower seeds, oat fiber, crystal salt, yeast, spices.

    Allergens: gluten (wheat, oats); may contain grains and products containing gluten, nuts, eggs, milk, sesame and soy.

    Nutritional values ​​in 100g of ready-made baking prepared according to the instructions on the package: energy value 227.0kcal / 951.1kJ, fats 4.1g (including saturated fat 0.3g), carbohydrates 0.9g (including sugars 0.0g), protein 43.1 g, salt 0.8 g

    Storage: Store the mixture in a dry place, protected from light. Store the finished bread in a bread bin or cover it with a linen cloth. After baking, the bread retains its freshness and taste for about 1 week. Do not store bread in plastic bags. The bread can be stored in a freezer, before freezing it should be cooled down to room temperature and cut into slices. stays fresh for 3 days, keep it tightly wrapped in cling film. To keep it fresh longer, cut the finished bread into slices and freeze.

    • Brush the surface of the leavened bread lightly with water
    • Put the dough in an oven preheated to 160 degrees C and bake for about 40 minutes. You can bake in a bread machine according to the instructions in the device
