Adam's Bread mix allows you to bake a large bread roll and, after being divided into smaller sections of dark rolls. It is designed for baking in the oven as well as bakeries (bread machines).

Adam's Brot blend contains very little carbohydrates - just 0.6g per 100g, which means that in the whole loaf of ready-made bread there are about 3g of carbohydrates! A slice of dark bread Adam's Bread delivers over 10g of protein and less than 70kcal - a slice of wholemeal bread (35g) has comparable caloric content but contains 5 times less protein and 90 times more carbohydrates.

A method of preparing:
