A complete blend for gluten-free low-carb bread - no oil, eggs or other ingredients are required, just a glass of water and you do not even need a blender to make up the dough.

Adam's Bread Il Mare blend allows you to bake a large loaf of gluten-free bread, and after dividing it into smaller pieces of delicate and aromatic white rolls. It is intended both for baking in the oven and bread makers.

One of the main ingredients of the Adam's Bread low-carb bread is a mixture of gluten-free flours from defatted linseed, almond and coconut seeds, the aroma of which is complemented by a set of herbs. The adam's Bread Il Mare bread uses flour from golden linseed - golden lineseed is more expensive and harder to obtain than brown, it is valued for its better taste and higher content of phyto-nutrients. Linseed combines three unique features: the omega-3 richness, high lignans (or phytoestrogens) and beneficial mucus, which is a unique composition of advantages compared to other seeds and nuts, putting flaxseed in one league with the strongest superfoods. Compared to exotic seeds, chia linseed contains almost three times more lignans and more than 7 times more than sesame seeds, similarly with the content of Omega-3 fatty acids.

The blend of Adam's Brot Il Mare contains extremely low carbohydrates - just 1.3g per 100g, which means that in the whole loaf of finished bread there is about 6g of carbohydrates! A slice of baked bread provides more than 10g of protein and less than 60kcal.

Nie zamówię ponownie

Z mixu upiekłam sobie bułeczki które w teksturze przypominają pełnoziarniste pieczywo, natomiast (pewnie za sprawą dużej ilości błonnika) podczas jedzenia czuć taką jakby gumowatość w smaku (konstytencja niby ok). Muszę przyznać że mi po prostu nie smakuje, próbowałam jeść z dużą ilością dodatków jednak niestety niechciany posmak przebija. Raczej nie polecam chociaż smak to kwestia indywidualna bo tekstura naprawdę przypomina normalne pieczywo plusem jest łatwość przygotowania.

Allergens: eggs, almonds. May contain peanuts and shells of other nuts

Nutritional values ​​in 100g ready-made baking: energy value of 147kcal / 615kJ, fats 2.9g (including saturated fatty acids 1.8g), carbohydrates 1.3g (including sugars 0.9g), protein 21.3g, fiber 14.2g , salt 0.48g.

Storage: Keep the mixture in a dry place, protected from light. Store ready bread in a container for bread or covered with a linen cloth. After baking, the bread retains its freshness and taste for about 1 week. Do not store bread in plastic bags. The bread is suitable for storage in a freezer, before freezing it should be cooled to room temperature and cut into slices. it stays fresh for 3 days, it should be stored tightly wrapped with food foil. To keep it fresh longer, cut the ready-made bread into slices and freeze.

A method of preparing:

  •     Pour the contents of the package into the bowl
  •     Add 380 ml of lukewarm boiled water (temp. Around 25-35 degrees C)
  •     Knead the dough
  •     Put the dough into a mold or form a loaf or scones of any shape and put on a baking tray lined with baking paper or oiled (so that bread does not stick to the baking tray)
  •     Put the dough in an oven preheated to 190 degrees C and bake for about 60 minutes. You can bake in a bread machine according to the device's instructions. Store in a refrigerator.
