THIS1 is low-carbohydrate bread and pizza mix dedicated to physically active people and sportsmen - they are gluten-free, rich in protein, characterized by low carbohydrate content and a fully natural composition.

The THIS1 blue mark products are characterized by the uniqueness of the production process and careful selection of ingredients - the recipe of each bread is created as a result of months of trials carried out in a traditional family bakery. The referees, developed in accordance with the principles of healthy nutrition, have a high biological value and a very good amino acid profile.

THIS1 bread mixes are made of selected flours: linseed, almond, coconut and sunflower, selected in optimal proportions, so that the ingredients contained in the finished bread are rich in vitamins and minerals.

THIS1 products do not contain soy and are free of genetically modified ingredients, they are optimal for diabetic, low carb and ketogenic diets.

The THIS1 Buckwheat mix enables baking a large loaf of gluten-free bread, and after dividing it into smaller pieces of delicate and aromatic white rolls. It is intended both for baking in the oven and bread makers (breadmakers).

One of the main ingredients of the low-carb white bread THIS1 Golden Buckwheat is a mixture of gluten-free flours, among which the dominant sunflower seed flour is supplemented with flour from defatted flax, almond and coconut seeds. In the THIS1 Buckwheat bread is used flour from golden linseed - golden ground is more expensive and harder to obtain than brown, is valued due to better taste and higher content of phyto-nutrients. Linseed combines three unique features: the omega-3 richness, high lignans (or phytoestrogens) and beneficial mucus, which is a unique composition of advantages against other seeds and nuts, putting flaxseed in one league with the strongest superfoods. Compared to exotic seeds, chia linseed contains almost three times more lignans and more than 7 times more than sesame seeds, similarly with the content of Omega-3 fatty acids.

1. Pour the contents of the package into a bowl, add 240 ml of lukewarm water and mix, add yeast (separate sachet), knead by hand for 2 minutes
