Complete mix for baking gluten-free, low-carbohydrate dough with high protein content (up to 46% of the mixture is protein!) And fiber - no oil, eggs or any other ingredients required, just add water and you don't even need a mixer to knead the dough. The preparation of the dough will take you a few minutes, and the baking time is just over half an hour - after 3 quarters of an hour you can enjoy the taste of aromatic, hand-made healthy dough without added sugar and gluten, but with a high protein content.

Adam's Protein Cake mix allows you to bake a large form of gluten-free cake, 6 waffles, 2 pancakes or a whole sheet of muffins. One muffin will provide as much as 20g of protein and less than 2g of carbohydrates at the same time!

The highest quality ingredients were used to prepare the mixture: pure whey protein, coconut flour, almond flour and coconut fiber. Like all Adam's Bread products, this Dough Mixer is also soy-free.

A method of preparing:


Mix the contents of the package with 420ml of lukewarm water, pour the mass into a greased form and bake for about 20 minutes at 160C with hot air

Put a portion of the mixture (35g) into the bowl and add 90ml of water to prepare pancakes or 80ml for waffle dough.
Mix it all vigorously
Immediately put the dough on a hot frying pan covered with a little fat or pour the mass into a greased waffle iron and fry until golden brown on both sides
