Our innovative gluten-free cake mix has been developed to give you a delicious cake with low carbohydrates and high protein content.

Although we refrain from adding sugar, our cake has a slight sweetness.

With 100 g of ready-baked cake, 20.6 g of high-quality protein meets only 1.6 g of carbohydrates, only 1.2 g of fat at just 123 kcal.

An Adams cake base cake mix gives about 340 g of cake or muffins.

Since quality is very important to us and we attach great importance to natural ingredients, we use high-quality organic coconut flour, almond flour and whey protein.

In addition, our base cake mix is ​​gluten-free.

Like all AdamsBrot products, it is made without soy.

The basic cake mix provides a good basis for your own creations, for example, just nuts, vegetable oil, some cocoa powder and possibly a banana, for a delicious, juicy low carb cake or muffins.

Many of our customers use the base cake mix without any additional ingredients, except for 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to make it juicier.

A method of preparing:
