Traditional jellies contain up to a tablespoon of sugar per serving! Celiko does not even contain a gram of sugar, and one serving has only 10 kcal! Thanks to this, you can decide on the sweetness and caloric content of your sweet dessert yourself.

Celiko colorless jelly is a light and delicious dessert that does not contain artificial additives, and due to its special transparent form, it will perfectly display fruit and other additives in your dessert. Transparent sugar-free crystal jelly perfectly exposes fruit and stiffens white masses in cakes and desserts, does not change the color of the mass, it also works well in all cheesecake cakes based on cheese, cottage cheese, mascarpone, yoghurt, skyr or cream.

Preparation: Pour the contents of the package into 0.5L of boiled hot water (do not boil!). Mix thoroughly until dissolved and cool. At your discretion, you can add sweetener or sugar to the jelly. Pour into a dish and refrigerate to let the jelly stiffen. In hot weather, use less water (approx. 400 ml). Fresh kiwi and pineapple fruit will keep the jelly from solidifying.
