Macadamia nut butter is one of the cheapest and most nutritious peanut butter - and just the fat content makes it a valuable ingredient in a healthy diet. Most of the fats contained in macadamia nuts are monounsaturated fatty acids - as much as 82.6% of all fats in these nuts; For comparison, the highly valued olive oil contains between 55% and 80% monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFA), which have a great effect on the proper functioning of the blood system. Among the most fatty acids is oleic acid (18:!) And palmitic acid (16: 1), which have a beneficial effect on lowering LDL cholesterol levels by improving the lipid profile.

Macadamia butter is a source of fiber and protein and contains large amounts of vitamins and minerals. A valuable source of copper (100g of butter is 45% of daily demand for this element), phosphorus (30% RWS), magnesium (28% RWS), manganese (288% RWS!) and vitamin E (13% RWS). Macadamia butter is a good source of B vitamins - 100g of these nuts supply 15% of the daily requirement for niacin, 21% pyridoxine (vitamin B6), 100% thiamin and 12% riboflavin.

The macadamia nuts that make up the Meridian butter are first roasted and then ground with grits, which allows them to be fully flavored and aromatic. As with all other Meridian butter, also macadamia butter is suitable for those who follow the elimination diet:
