    RECIPE FOR GLUTEN-FREE PANCAKES

    Prepare in addition:

    Basic version: 240ml of water, 90ml of milk, 3 eggs or their vegan substitute.

    Vegan version: 450ml of water, 60ml of oil or vegetable margarine
