Pumpkin seeds from which this delicate, aromatic flour is produced comes from certified bio-crops from Austria. After gentle removal of 90% oil, they are ground into fine flour, which not only has a delicious taste characteristic for roasted pumpkin seeds, but also has a high content of protein and fiber - more than 50% of this flour is a protein. Thanks to this, pumpkin flour is an ideal ingredient for feeding the whole family, especially people who in particular need proteins, such as athletes, teenagers, pregnant women, seniors and vegans.

Aromatic pumpkin seed flour is perfectly suited as an addition to cakes, omelettes and cookies - by simply replacing a portion of the standard flour with nut flour.
