Shirataki noodles are ideal for those who want to lose weight without introducing drastic changes in their diet - replacing plain pasta, rice or potatoes with just one serving a day. Shirataki noodles are very simple to prepare - just rinse it, then cook for 1 minute in the microwave or 2-3 minutes in a pan and combine with your favorite sauce, salad or other dish.

Konjac Pasta MyProtein is a rich source of soluble glucomannan fiber. Each serving of glucomannan (eg in the form of shirataki pasta) should be accompanied by drinking 1-2 glasses of water before or during the meal.

The pasta is in a container filled with translucent liquid that is a solution of calcium hydroxide - it is not a preservative but a stabilizer, thanks to which the pasta retains its shape. When you open the package you can feel the characteristic odor of the starch, by some of the associated fish smell, the smell disappears completely after the pasta has been poured with running water before preparation.
