Unbaked pasta from Asia in recent years has gained popularity in Europe and has become the favorite product of people who follow a low-calorie diet. It is a traditional product from Japan, it is produced from the roots of konjac plants, growing in Japan and China.

Shirataki pasta can be combined with any sauces, fits both hot and cold dishes. Shirataki does not taste or smell after cooking, it perfectly fits the taste of dishes with which it is combined.
There are no restrictions on eating Shirataki Pasta - it can be eaten by both children and adults, it is a gluten-free product.

Shirataki noodles do not have carbohydrates or fat, practically speaking there are no calories (the only calories come from fiber, about 10kcal / portion - they are calories unobtainable, excreted from the body). Shirataki guarantees a feeling of fullness after a meal, without providing any calories!

Shirataki pasta is a rich source of soluble fiber. Replacing just one meal a day with Shirataki noodles results in a significant increase in the amount of fiber consumed daily and has a huge impact on lowering daily calories - both of which greatly reduce weight.
