Konjac pasta with oats is a novelty on the Polish market, which has already revolutionized weight loss. This product, made of fiber glucomannan, which is obtained from the Asian plant - Konjac, and also enriched with the addition of oats, is low-calorie (100 g of the product contains only 9 kcal!) And supports slimming. Interestingly, the original konjac pasta, ie without the addition of oats, has been a permanent element of Asian cuisine for over 2000 years, while for us it is a novelty that has only recently been available on the market and is available for sale.

Konjac pasta, thanks to the high content of glucomannan fiber, is a great addition to any slimming diet. Glucomannan, being a water-soluble compound, swells due to contact with water or other liquid, as a result of which it significantly increases its volume. This application allows us to fill our stomach and provides a feeling of satiety for a long time after consumption of the product, which naturally reduces the amount of calories consumed and restores greater control over appetite. In addition, Glucomannan fiber, in addition to the use described above, is also responsible for normalizing blood sugar levels, reduces LDL cholesterol fractions and relieves constipation. Konjac pasta, besides fiber, is also a valuable source of up to 16 amino acids and provides many micronutrients, such as potassium and iron. In addition, it is built not only by the glucomannan fiber mentioned above, but also by calcium hydroxide, which makes the product a supplementary role and provides calcium to the body, thus helping to remove toxins from the body and purifying the stomach.
