These 3 ingredients plus roasted peanuts combine in a delicious velvety cream perfect for omelets, pancakes or oatmeal toast, tastes like dip to sour fruit (eg strawberries) or in combination with a mature banana that will appeal to all family members. .

Ingredients:

  •  80g oatmeal
  •  130g Meridian peanut butter with cocoa and honey
  •  1 tablespoon of honey
  •  1 medium, ripe banana smashed with a fork
  •  2 tablespoons of hemp, psyllium or linseed
  •  1 tablespoon of liquid coconut oil
  •  4 tablespoons sesame seeds

Preparation:

  •   Mix all ingredients except sesame.
  •   Wet your hands to form balls, fold them in sesame
  •   Store in a refrigerator for 3-4 days in a tightly closed box
