Efavit gluten-free flour is produced by cold-drawn oil from the raw material - seed. As a result, the valuable ingredients remain intact, the fiber content remains unchanged and the vegetable fat content in the finished flour varies between 10% and 25%.

Coconut flour is extracted from the pulp of coconut nuts, which is dried in such a way that it does not damage its structure and degrease. The resulting mass was obtained in order to obtain a snow-white flour that smells like a freshly split coconut. Thanks to the degreasing process, coconut flour has twice the calories and fat than coconut shavings.
This flour is excellent for baking cakes, breads, pizzas, waffles or omelets.

You can add it to breakfast cereals, mix with milk and fruit smoothies, sprinkle sandwiches - unlike traditional cereal flour, the seed meal can be eaten raw, so its use is even wider than wheat or rye flour.

Coconut flour is suitable as an additive for desserts, sauces, cocktails, muesli, fruit salads or yoghurt. In baked goods coconut flour can replace 10% of other gluten-free flour and 1/3 of plain flour. When adding coconut flour to the standard recipes in which we mix 2/3 of plain 1/3 coconut flour, remember to increase the amount of liquid used for the dough, as the coconut flour has excellent absorption properties and may cause the dough to become too dry. If we do not replenish liquids (water, milk, oil or eggs).

Coconut flour has a low fat content, contains no cholesterol, gluten and fithin, is rich in protein and fiber. This meal can be recommended especially for people with sensitive digestive tract, celiac disease, allergy sufferers and diabetics because the combination of fiber and carbohydrate content in coconut flour has little effect on the level of sugar in the body.

It is believed that by consuming coconut flour that does not contain phytic acid, we increase the absorption of vitamins and minerals from food, as this acid may hinder the absorption of these nutrients. In return, thanks to the presence of saturated fatty acids, the bioavailability of minerals - especially calcium and magnesium - and fat soluble vitamins are even more effective. Coconut flour is also an excellent source of protein and fiber - many times better than bread and pasta or müsli. Coconut flour also helps to reduce sweeteners, all thanks to its sweet taste - when added to pancakes, muffins or delicate cookies you do not need to reach for extra sugars or reduce them significantly.

Due to its valuable ingredients, it should be included in the menu of everyone who cares and their health and balanced nutrition, and in addition its properties make it ideal for athletes, trainers or high protein / low carbohydrate dieters.
