Poppy seed is the base of delicious Christmas poppy pulp - unfortunately very caloric, because 100g of such creamy paste is 525kcal, of which more than 41% comes from fat. The defatted poppy flour has almost 2 times less calories and 2.5 times less fat than regular poppy.

Efavit gluten-free flour is produced by cold-drawn oil from the seed base. As a result, the valuable ingredients remain intact, the fiber content remains unchanged and the vegetable fat content in the finished flour varies between 10% and 25%.

Poppy flour is excellent as an additive for oats, omelets, yoghurt, pudding, as a lightweight ingredient for stuffing cakes and of course as a baking additive.
