Efavit gluten-free flour is produced by cold-press from the seed base. As a result, the valuable ingredients remain intact, the fiber content remains unchanged and the vegetable fat content in the finished flour varies between 10% and 18%.
Such flour is excellent for baking cakes, breads, pizzas, waffles or omelettes. You can add it to breakfast cereals, mix with milk drinks and fruit smoothies, sprinkle sandwiches - unlike traditional cereal flour, the seed meal can be eaten raw, so its use is even wider than wheat or rye flour.

Pumpkin flour contains about 18% oil containing a specific phytosterol called cucurbitasterol. Phytosterols are complex chemicals that have been shown to prophylactically prevent prostatitis. It also contains phosphate-enriched mineral salts, fiber, and small amounts of enzymes, resins, sugars and protein compounds. Pumpkin flour and pumpkin seeds help fight acne and hair loss. Pumpkin flour is rich in vitamins A, B9, B15.

Próbowałam już wiele mąk z tej firmy, właściwości ma bardzo dobre, smakiem nie zasmakowała.

    Dobra i tania

    Z pośród różnych mąk bez glutenu i węglowodanów najlepszą relację jakości ido ceny ma mąka dyniowa. Nie podnosi mi poziomu cukru we krwi, jest wydajna i smakuje dobrze. Robię z niej głównie chleb i bułki. polska marka - Brawo!
