Gluten-free Efavit flours is produced by cold-press from the seed base. As a result, the valuable ingredients remain intact, the fiber content remains unchanged and the vegetable fat content in the finished flour varies between 10% and 25%. Efavit's peanut meal is almost half the calories lower than regular, non-fat flour.

The protein content in peanuts reaches 20%, but squeezing the oil makes the defatted flour contain almost 40% of the protein!

Such flour is excellent for baking cakes, breads, pizzas, waffles or omelettes, it is great for baking or soup thickener. You can add it to breakfast cereals, mix with milk drinks and fruit smoothies, sprinkle sandwiches - unlike traditional cereal flour, the seed meal can be eaten raw, so its use is even wider than wheat or rye flour. Gritting a few tablespoons of flour with honey and water and a pinch of sugar will give you a paste similar in taste to peanut butter - three times lower calorie. When you mix it with freshly squeezed juice, cocoa or walnut milk, you will create a drink that is extremely rich in nutrients.

Peanut flour is a rich source of vitamin E, folic acid, fiber, niacin, magnesium and phosphorus.

By using it in the recipes, substitute 30% of plain flour with peanut flour. To get the right moisture we recommend adding an extra egg to the recipe.

mogę polecić

kupiłem pierwszy raz tę mąkę, jest dobra, składniki odżywcze jak dla mnie ma w porządku, odtłuszczona.

    zamiast PB2

    do tej pory używałem odtłuszczonego masła orzechowego PB2. ale zorientowałem się, że jest lepsza opcja. Mąka z orzechów ziemnych ma taki sam aromat orzechów ale jest tańsza i ma lepsze makro. Nie ma w niej cukru a tłuszczu jest tak samo mało. Tak więc mogę polecić tę mąkę arachidową. Ona nie jest z prażonych orzechów wiec smak jest odrobinę inny.
