Coconut flour is extracted from the pulp of the coconut nut, which is dried in such a way that it does not damage its structure and degrease. So obtained mass was obtained in order to obtain a snow-white flour that smells like freshly split coconut. Thanks to the peeling process, coconut flour has twice the calories and fat than coconut shavings.
Such flour is excellent for baking cakes, breads, pizzas, waffles or omelettes.

Coconut flour is suitable as an addition to desserts, sauces, cocktails, muesli, fruit salads or yoghurt. Coconut flour can be replaced with 10% other gluten-free flour and 1/3 plain flour in baked goods. When adding coconut flour to the standard recipes in which we mix 2/3 plain 1/3 coconut flour, it is important to increase the amount of liquid used in the dough, as the coconut flour has excellent absorption properties and may cause the dough to become too dry. Ta polska mąka kokosowa nie jest tak drobna jak Tropicai ale ma podobne makro i dużo lepszą cenę. Ta drobnomielona ma ziarenka wielkości maku mniej więcej. Dobrze się nada do wypieków. Ważne jest to że to jest odtłuszczona wersja mąki kokosowej więc ma mniej kalorii.
