Packaging: 400g Sukrin gluten-free flour is produced by withdrawing 80% fat from Spanish almonds by cold pressing. Thanks to the low pouring temperature, the valuable ingredients remain intact, the fiber content remains unchanged and the fat content is minimized. The almond flour Sukrin has almost twice as few calories as regular, non-fat almond flour and contains as much as 40% protein!

This flour is great for baking cakes, breads, pizzas, waffles and omelets. You can sprinkle it into breakfast cereals, mix with milk drinks and fruit smoothies, sprinkle sandwiches - unlike traditional cereal flour, the seed flour can be eaten raw, so the field of its applications is even wider than wheat or rye flour. Spilling several tablespoons of almond flour with water and agave syrup will give almond milk. When you mix it with freshly squeezed juice, cocoa drink or nut milk, you will create a drink that is exceptionally rich in nutrients.

Almond flour is a rich source of vitamin E, B1, B2, PP, potassium, zinc and magnesium. Regular consumption of almonds prevents atherosclerosis, heart attack, cancer, stroke, premature aging.
