Szczerze? Jestem bardzo głęboko zawiedziona tym produktem. Myślałam, że to będzie najlepsza mąka, ale jak się myliłam.. Próbowałam zrobić naleśniki z tą oto mąką. Przyklejały się do patelni, paliły się, rozpadały, KRUSZYŁY. Istna katastrofa. Byłam tym bardzo rozczarowana, ale postanowiłam dać jej ostatnią szansę. I okazała się jeszcze gorsza. Zamierzałam zrobić gofry - zamierzałam, bo gdy tylko otworzyłam gofrownicę, moim oczom ukazał się widok.. właściwie niczego. Spalenizny. Wszystko się wypaliło, nawet gofrów nie było. Już nie wspominając, że ciasto dosłownie wypływało z tej gofrownicy i bulgotało. Żałuję, że wydałam na to pieniądze. Pozostanę chyba przy zwykłej mące. Nie wiem tylko, co zrobić z resztą mąki, która mi została. W każdym razie - jeśli myślisz nad kupieniem tego produktu, a chcesz wykorzystywać je do tworzenia omletów, naleśników, gofrów, placków itd. itp. - po prostu sobie odpuść. Nie trać pieniędzy i nerwów.
Bardzo dobra mąka migdałowa
Szczególnie polecam ją osobom, które są na diecie bezglutenowej lub niskowęglowodanowej w celu utraty wagi. Ta mąka jest odtłuszczona przez co jest niskokaloryczna i niskowęglowodanowa zarazem. Ta mąka migdałowa jest bardzo drobna o konsystencji pudru, świetna do wypieków bez glutenu. Ja stosuję do omletów i ciast

Przeczytałam Pani rozżalony i sfrustrowany komentarz na temat kulinarnych porażek z mąką migdałową - to nie jest wina mąki. Kupiła Pani mąkę odtłuszczoną, która w żadnym razie nie jest zastępnikiem mąki pszennej w gofrach lub naleśnikach bez zastosowania odpowiednich dodatków, przede wszystkim zagęstnika. Mąka migdałowa jest bezglutenowa, a gluten jest lepiszczem - jeśli używa się w ciastach wymagających elastyczności mąk bezglutenowych, konieczne jest zastosowanie dodatkowego składnika, który je zwiąże, jest nim najczęściej guma ksantanowa, ale sprawdza się też np. kisiel z siemienia lnianego. Z samej mąki migdałowej, jajek i proszku do pieczenia wyjdą gofry jeśli użyje się mąki pełnotłustej - odtłuszczona kusi niskimi kaloriami, ale jest produktem innego rodzaju.
Jeśli nie ma Pani serce do dalszych testów z samą mąką migdałową, proszę spróbować łączyć ją 1:1 z mąką pszenną lub inną glutenową.
Natomiast z mąki migdałowej bez dodatku glutenu mogłabym Pani polecić np. te dwa przepisy, szczególnie na placek z borówkami (owoce oczywiście można zmienić)
