PREPARING THE PANCAKES / WAFFLES:

1. Preheat the pan on medium power or heat the waffle maker / pancake to 180C. A properly heated surface is one where a drop of water disappears and evaporates immediately after spraying.

2. Mix 1 serving of the product with 60ml of water, stir briefly with a fork or whisk, do not mix too long, the dough should be lumpy and not perfectly smooth. Don't blend! Let it thicken for 2 minutes.

3. Pour the dough in portions onto the pan greased with frying spray. From 1 serving you will prepare 1 large crepes, or 2-3 smaller pancakes. Fry for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden - turn over when bubbles start to appear on the surface of the fried pancake
