Skinny Pizza - a mixture for baking a low-carb pizza

Net weight: 143g (weight of ready baking about 450g)

Ingredients: almond flour (vitamins E, B1, B2, PP, potassium, zinc and magnesium), vital wheat gluten, protein powder, iodized salt, spices; packed dry yeast.

Allergens: nuts, gluten. May contain traces of lupine and soy.

The product is suitable for vegetarians.

Nutritional values ​​per 100g of ready-baked (according to instructions on the packaging): 308 kcal, 37g protein, 4.2g carbohydrates, 16g fats, 3.8g fiber.

A method of preparing:

    Pour the mixture into a bowl, add the yeast, mix thoroughly, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 150 ml of lukewarm boiled water.

    We make the dough until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. Place the baking paper on the pizza cutter and distribute the dough evenly over the right edge of the paper. We then lubricate them with a pizza sauce (pour a teaspoon of basil, half a teaspoon of oregano, a spoonful of wild garlic and leave for 5 minutes in a mug of 100 ml of warm water, then add a small jar of tomato concentrate and the sauce is ready after thorough mixing).

    Arrange additives - at the discretion - tuna, meats, mushrooms, olives, capers, onions .... Sprinkle the whole with grated cheese and leave for 25 minutes in a warm place.

    We warm up the oven to 200 degrees and bake a pizza for 25 - 30 minutes.
