Ingredients: Animal Whey Complex (milk whey), ultrafiltrated whey protein concentrate (milk), natural and artificial vanilla flavor, thickening agents (cellulose gum, xanthan gum, carrageenan), emulsifier (soy lecithin) sodium chloride, sweeteners (acesulfame potassium, sucralose), a mixture of digestive enzymes of animal whey (papain, bromelanine).

Preparation of 1 serving: 32g (= 1 sachet) of product with 4-6 tablespoons of milk or water. On training days, take 1 serving in the morning and one serving immediately after the workout.
