Characteristics of the WPI protein:

Whey protein isolates are characterized by the highest nutritional value and anabolic activity of all food proteins. Acquired proteins in the CFM microfiltration process, not denatured, retain the full structure and activity of functional whey proteins - beta lactoglobulin, alpha lactalbumin, immunoglobulins, plasma albumin, lactoferrin, lactotransferrin, ceruloplasmin, phosphoglycoprotein, proteases and peptones.
