Guys from PEScience have been working on these bars for over 2 years, and here they are! White Chocolate Raspberry Select Protein Bar is based on the famously delicious Select Protein Powder flavouring system - thus there is no artificial protein after-taste and the perfect balance of sweetness and tartness of raspberries and dessert-like deeply satisfying flavour - combined with a super-soft texture unique to PES and these healthy new high protein, on-the-go snacks.

Each Select Bar with it's whey protein crisps delivers as much as 19g protein whilst keeping the sugars very low - just 2g or less! - and adding w whooping amount of fibre (great for satiety and apetite control). Net carbs are extremly low and the whole bars has no more than 210kcal

Noteworthy is the innovative use of bars of various protein sources, also characteristic for PEScience nutrients - the protein mixture consists of casein, whey hydrolyzate, whey protein isolate and milk protein concentrate; the use of mixed protein sources ensures the supply of both fast and slowly digested proteins, providing energy and significantly affecting the regenerative capacity of muscles in the long term, because the varied kinetics of protein absorption releases amino acids up to 6-7 hours after ingestion. The administration of the aforementioned proteins in the form of an isolate and concentrate additionally intensifies this effect. The concentrate is absorbed more slowly than the isolate, the latter being shown to be anti-catabolic as a faster absorbable one. While whey protein improves muscle protein synthesis, casein protein creates anti-catabolic amino acid chains protecting muscle tissue from breakdown - a combination of these two types of proteins synergistically complements their interaction, but each of them is characterized by exclusive bioactive subfractions and growth factors activated only when co-administered.
