As the name implies, Salt Water Taffy is made on the basis of salted water - this salty note is actually felt in the candy, paradoxically emphasizing its sweetness and juiciness.

The traditional American taffy is made by stretching a sticky, lightly salted mass from boiled sugar, butter, flavors and dyes, until it is aerated - the highly saturated, hot mass is aerated immediately after cooking to trap tiny air bubbles inside it, which makes the mass taffy less sticky, delicate, fluffy and soft. Traditionally, manual aeration is a whole range of movements, in which the candy mass is alternately twisted, wringed and kneaded. Taffy Town sugar-free sugar does not contain a single gram of sugar, of course, but the process of creating them from 'regular', 'market' taffy differs one more thing - Taffy Town tufts, in addition to traditional ingredients, also contain proteins whipped into a stiff foam, which makes them slightly similar in consistency to marshmallow mass. and makes them even more fluffy and delicate - after the process of stretching and aerating, the taffa is rolled, cut into small pieces and wrapped in waxed paper, each candy individually.

Ciągutki taffi

Zupełnie jak amerykańskie salt water taffi! Tylko tutaj na nie trafiłem. Przetestowałem już większość smaków i coraz bardziej się od nich uzależniam. Ubolewam tylko, że ciagle nie ma na składzie waniliowych. Warto spróbować! Mają smak delikatny, lekuchno słonawy, ale idealnie komponujący się z konsystencją cukierka. Mięciutkie i można ich wciągnąć tonę na jednym posiedzeniu.

    Przepyszne cukierki

    Cukierki z typu takich miękkich ciąutek. Przepyszne, delikatny posmak lukrecji ale niezbyt intensywny. Nie są słodkie, troszkę smakują jakby były robione na pianie z białek, o - jak wnętrze z bez! To jest najlepsze porównanie. I tak gdzies z tyłu wyczuwalny jest smak lukrecji, rewelacja. :) Można albo je żuć albo poczekać aż same się rozpuszczą, są to takie mieciutkie chmureczki. :)
