Only one ingredient is responsible for all those functions in Honest Syrup: fiber syrup, also known as IMO - exactly the same, which is the secret of uniqueness of Vitafiber syrup. Because fiber syrup is naturally very thick (it has the consistency of dense maple syrup or honeydew honey), there is no need to add thickeners to the syrup. Because fiber syrup is naturally sweet (it has sweetness of natural honey) - you do not need to add sugar or sweeteners to the syrup.
