The main motto of the ChocZero brand is "The New Standard in Sweet" and these words are not exaggerated, because ChocZero completely abandoned the use of traditional sugar in its products, replacing it with natural and, above all, healthier substitutes. In the case of the delicious ChocZero Keto Bark chocolate bars, sugar has been replaced with monk fruit, which is considered one of the sweetest fruits in the world - its extract is 300 times sweeter than sugar! What's more, in China it is still called the fruit of immortality, so it is not surprising that the manufacturer sets a new standard in sweetness.

Choc Zero Keto Bark, White Chocolate is a bar of white chocolate with the addition of exotic coconut. See how good chocolate without sugar can be!

What was it like with chocolate 35yrs ago - and why is it better now :)

Theobroma cacao, or the proper cocoa, bears fruit in the form of plump pods. One such fruit contains 20 to 60 cocoa beans covered with mucilaginous flesh. Appropriate processing of beans allows for obtaining various cocoa raw materials - mass, butter and powder, most often used in the food and cosmetic industry. Recently, the beans themselves, which can be bought raw, have also become popular.

Chocolate-like products began to appear in Poland in the 1980s to satisfy citizens' dreams of a brown, sweet cube of pleasure. Cocoa butter was replaced with other vegetable fat (often hardened), and the cocoa content did not exceed a few percent! Instead, there was a lot of sugar and flavorings to make it even a little bit like what it was supposed to replace. On the surface, the product seemed to be chocolate, but there was something wrong at the start - it was called "dessert plate" and had the unappetizing words "product made of oily mass". All this is due to a shortage of supplies. But what was there to wonder about? This type of sweets was not subject to the rationing system of cards, so you could buy them when there were a few change in your pocket.

Fortunately, the times of chocolate-like products are over! But are you sure? It is enough to consciously read the labels to realize that someone is trying to make us into a balloon. Sugar in the first place, and instead of cocoa butter, palm oil and many unnecessary substances were added. Let's say "STOP!"

An example of cool (and white) chocolate is Choc Zero Keto Bark, White Chocolate:
  • prepared on the basis of real cocoa butter
  • does not contain sugar, soy, palm oil, gluten and GMO
  • has a low carbohydrate content - 2 g net carbohydrates per serving (great for a keto diet)
  • it is packed with real nut flakes and Madagascar vanilla
  • it is sweetened with monk fruit

It is extremely delicious, velvety chocolate with a pleasant crunch. There are no suspicious fats here, only the Theobroma cacao dobro. This is a truly divine delicacy!
